Objective
Parameterization of physiological traits of Gymnodinium catenatum cysts and other potentially toxic species to feed the hydrodynamical model in Task 6.
Expected Results
Results will be used to model germination success and incorporate in the hydrodynamical model developed in Task 6. This Task is considered crucial for the realistic reproduction of bloom initiation and prediction models, the ultimate objective of HabWAVE.
